This hotel has been a very enjoyable experience for me. I've been staying here for about a month, and the lobby staff ( madu & hiruni) is fantastic and always willing to help. They treat me like family. Room service is A+. I had a great time staying at Landmark Summit Hotel in Deira! The staff, especially Madu, were very helpful with every and any queries I had and they were extremely warm. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the metro. I really enjoyed and i am sure that I will visit the hotel again soon for the same experience

Excellent stay at Landmark Summit hotel, good staff & great services. Coffee Shop is one of great highlights of the hotel. We like every facilities of the hotel such as swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much once again.

Had the worst experience in this hotel, we found bed bugs on our bed the first night and asked to change it, even in the second room we woke up with bedbugs all over our bed, the room, bathroom and even the restaurant was so dirty and smelly. It’s mostly a motel not a 4 star at all. Only the room manager was behaving politely, besides that everything else was the worst.
